I'm sure buying a house (first, second, third, etc.) is never an easy task or decision for that matter. *^_^*Renee of the Faehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13081022805749169331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2004676396105095479.post-27855887010010172142010-02-08T06:42:11.052-05:002010-02-08T06:42:11.052-05:00well, renee, i certainly don't want this house...well, renee, i certainly don't want this house to 'show off' to my friends as it wouldn't be ready for anyone to look at for at least a year. the most alluring bit is the lower mortgage...but the renovations would eat that up anyway. i guess jason's still thinking about it, but i am moving forward with the repairs here and we'll see what happens down the road a bit. where we're both so on the fence, i feel that's an indicator that neither of us is ready for this. yet.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01692874116005248999noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2004676396105095479.post-74213898223772310732010-02-07T23:42:53.477-05:002010-02-07T23:42:53.477-05:00Take that time to enjoy! However, are you itching to move, renovate or simply spend money on something you can show off to your friends, then tire of? If it were me, I'd be leery of the bug that bit me, because my reasoning would be the latter.Renee of the Faehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13081022805749169331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2004676396105095479.post-15831570281709352462010-02-07T20:07:55.612-05:002010-02-07T20:07:55.612-05:00the house is on old bass riiiver! ;)

Spring is definitely a wonderful time to start 'those projects'. Our house is little and we do get traffic noise (not all the time) but you get used to it and after living in the mashpee house where it was a quiet road BUT annoying neighbors or here where it can be noisey traffice but wonderful neighbors who we also do not feel ON TOP of, I'd take the traffic and put up the fence for the dog, but that's me. But, I know it is not a good time to sell, but you never know? I'm on pins and needles over this one!atomiclivinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10334968411944860385noreply@blogger.com
